Event Details

Pre-registering for this course notifies work2future that you intend to take this course if it is offered. Courses will be offered provided a sufficient number of currently enrolled customers have pre-registered their interest. Final registration for courses will be conducted through a work2future training specialist.

Course Description: The Customer Service Academy covers all aspects of gold-level customer service in any employment sector.  You will learn the key skills to effectively meet customers' needs; manage time, stress, change and conflict; analyze the "styles" of your co-workers so you can work together better; evaluate ethical behaviors to determine what is appropriate; and how to be a creative problem solver applying decision-making styles, processes and techniques.  A Workforce Institute Certificate of Completion will be awarded upon successful completion of the program.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00pm-5:00pm, for 4 consecutive weeks.
